The base wines of the Cuvèe Prestige are the result of a careful selection of the grapes and a wise vinification conducted in full compliance with the Ca del Bosco Method. The grapes, harvested by hand in small boxes, are classified and cooled.
Each bunch is selected by expert eyes and hands, to then benefit from exclusive "grape spa": a particular system of washing and hydromassage of the bunches, through 3 soaking tanks and a drying tunnel. At sight it appears straw-colored with golden reflections. On the nose there are hints of peach and citrus with delicate floral notes and hints of almond. On the palate it amazes for freshness and harmony combined with great finesse.
