Description

Structured and savory, it is obtained from Glera grapes grown on the hills of Asolo: the mineral soil gives it a unique and distinct emotion. The foam is creamy and compact, the color is straw yellow with bright greenish reflections.

The scent expresses cleanliness and typicality with notes of pleasant intensity and excellent fruitiness. Initially, the scent of pear and green apple pulp is perceived; then there are perceptions of white peach still crunchy and small spring flowers. In the mouth it is savory and fresh based on white and yellow fruit.
