Description

Grand Cru Champagne produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes (Blanc de blancs), with a slightly amber golden yellow color. After the aeration, the nose opens with toasted notes of pastry and fresh bread. A certain tension is detected by citrus fruits and a spicy salinity.

Citrus fruits dominate with lemon, mandarin and grapefruit. A complex finish based on cocoa and linseed oil.
