Produced with Yellow Muscat grapes from the vineyards around the village of Caldaro in Oltradige. The careful selection after a year of hard work in the vineyards represents the starting condition for pressing. After the careful destemming of the grapes and a first period of cold maceration, we proceed to soft pressing of the must.
The must temperature is adjusted to 17 ° C, after which fermentation can begin. The first racking takes place after about a week. The following months the wine remains in steel to ferment on frequently stirred yeasts. Towards April of the following year the wine is bottled.
The Goldmuskateller seduces with its unique nutmeg aroma. Dry and spicy on the palate, the wine is a pleasant surprise. At sight it appears straw yellow with greenish reflections, a floral note is perceived on the nose, extremely aromatic with notes of ripe tropical fruits. On average robust, harmonious. Fresh, very intense and long-lasting aftertaste.
