Ribolla Altùris is produced in the plains and hills near Cividale del Friuli with a Guyot and Friuli single inverted training system. The whole grapes are softly pressed and the must obtained is statically cold decanted. Fermentation and aging "sur lies" take place in vitrified cement barrels at a controlled temperature.
It has an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. and shows a lively and brilliant straw yellow color, with elegant greenish reflections. Elegant and intense bouquet, with fruity notes of peach and acacia flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, enveloping, savory and persistent.
Ribolla Altùris is excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with fish appetizers in general and especially with shellfish, vegetable soups and risottos with herbs.
