The grapes (Falanghina) are harvested by hand and immediately transported to the cellar, selected, and pressed whole. The clarification of the "flower must" takes place in the cold. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and then the wine refines on its own fine lees. Then follows a phase of refinement in the bottle.
The color is crystalline, straw yellow. The nose is intense with notes of fruit, pineapple, banana, apple and pear juice on a light background of white flowers. The taste has a strong impact and good acidity that leaves the mouth fresh and tasty with an aftertaste of pleasant persistence that recalls green apple and banana.
