The Chiaretto comes from black grapes that have undergone a vinification with partial contact with the skins (the time of one night). There are 4 vines: Groppello (native to Garda Bresciano), Marzemino, Barbera and Sangiovese. They are all located in the famous production area of Lake Garda called Valtènesi. All varieties are vinified separately. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in steel tanks in order to have the greatest possible neutrality and the exaltation of the individual characteristics of each grape variety.
Antique pink in color tending to peach, the scent is intense, fine, citrusy and sometimes salty. Inviting, with light notes reminiscent of black pepper and sensations of strawberry grapes. Minerality, flavor and freshness are the notes that distinguish the taste. Long and persistent, it still maintains lightness and silkiness.
