The vine has been cultivated for centuries in Trentino Alto Adige. In the past it has found a great expansion in the past and today it is present only in small plots located in the semi-hill where it is able to express its characteristics. The cluster with large and succulent berries is unmistakable in this vine. The grapes, harvested in September, after pressing are macerated for a short period, then separating the must which will continue to ferment slowly, thus preserving the freshness and delicacy typical of this wine.
The wine has a pink color, a light and delicate aroma and a light, dry and velvety flavor.
