Wine from a 10-hectare vineyard located 100 meters above sea level, with an average age of 20 years. The soils enjoy a mild Mediterranean climate. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, subsequently the wine matures for ten months in French oak barriques, some of the second passage, while others of the third. A further 6 months of bottle aging follow.
The nose offers a combination of black fruit and delicate notes of chocolate, plum and black currant. A dense, elegant wine with a balsamic note given by the presence of Sangiovese. Juicy and drinkable with silky tannins, it is a structured wine.
