Produced in the most favorable years, meticulously selecting the grapes; maceration takes place on the skins, at a controlled temperature, with a duration of 25-30 days. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine carries out the malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques where it remains for about 21 months, carries out a further refinement of the bottle.
Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, it offers a large and complex bouquet, intense, with notes of cherry, wild berries, spicy hints of violets, tobacco and mineral notes. Full and austere, velvety and rightly tannic, it is characterized by notes of plum, black cherry and wild berries. The remarkable structure makes it extremely long-lived.
